Kevin Abrahams has many years of experience. He qualified as a clinical technologist at Tygerberg hospital in 1980, and has an astounding 39 years of experience working in renal dialysis. In the early years of his career he was based at Groote Schuur Hospital, before moving to Gauteng to join Ted Pope. Whilst in Gauteng he set up his own unit in Kempton Park which was later taken over by Fresenius. Upon his return to Cape Town he was based at Life Healthcare. He brings years of experience and knowledge to the Rondebosch Renal Dialysis Unit. Kevin’s motto has been and continues to be improving patients quality of Life while on dialysis.
His areas of expertise include Water treatment, Haemodialysis, Extracorporeal blood services and Peritoneal dialysis.
